Pre-Arrival Formalities

MCI Approval International Trainees who wish to undergo training in India have to apply through the Medical Council of India for a temporary registration. The temporary registration will cost you USD $ 200 approx. We will assist you in procuring MCI approval, The process generally takes 2.5 - 3 Months.

Foreign Nationals have to apply through Form 7. Download Form , Fill in all details , enclose necessary certificates ( Copies) , sign the form, and send the form by Courier to us. We will assist you in getting temporary MCI Approval for your course.Please email us if you need any further information regarding this.

Visa - A Visa is necessary for you to travel to India. Please contact your local Indian Embassy or Consulate for the proper forms and information. It is advisable for any assignee to carry additional copies of visa/ passport/ residential permit. Having spare passport sized photographs with you will also be useful.

Insurance - It is advisable to obtain a travel insurance policy to cover theft, loss and medical problem before leaving for India. There are a wide range of policies, and your travel agent can advise you. Be sure to check the small print that covers things like an emergency flight home with a medical escort and the ambulance costs. Keep a copy of this policy apart from the original.

General - Before leaving your own country you should visit your doctor to receive information on the precautions and vaccinations needed for India. Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Indore & Bhopal are well connected by Air (IndiGo/ Jet Airways) / Road / Train from Mumbai and Delhi. Ahmedabad is also well connected with international flights. Vadodara is around 110 KM from Ahmedabad.

On Arrival - You will be received at the airport by our representative and will be taken to a hotel or hospital as per the admission plan. Upon arrival at the hospital you will be registered under our consultant who will be your primary doctor.

Payment Methods - You will need to pay a deposit as per the Procedure. In case it is a package, the package amount should be paid at the time of admission. You will be given a receipt for all payments made to us / our hospital and at the time of discharge an itemized bill will be issued.
